The website dante-eu.com takes the privacy of personal data seriously, which is why its privacy policy, applied to personal data collected via contact forms or employee email addresses of the Institution, is aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force within the European Union.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, i.e., a person who can be directly or indirectly identified (e.g., name and surname, address, phone number, email address, etc.).

Access to the Institution’s website is open and does not require registration to view the information provided. Data collected through the website when filling out contact forms include: name and surname, email address, as well as other personal data that interested individuals may provide in the form as needed. The data provided in the form is accessible only to employees of the Dante Adult Education Institution, who will respond to inquiries. Additionally, the data is available to the company Fabula d.o.o., which provides marketing services to the Institution.

Providing personal data is voluntary. We do not require more personal data than is necessary to respond to a given inquiry. Collected data is retained only until the purpose for which it was collected is fulfilled or for the duration of the cooperation for which it is needed. Individuals can at any time request information about the personal data we hold in our database, as well as request that their data be modified or deleted. These requests can be made via email to info@dante-ri.hr.

The Dante Adult Education Institution respects the privacy of all individuals and processes data lawfully. Personal data is stored in electronic or written form, applying technical, personnel, and organizational measures to protect personal data and prevent unauthorized access.

The personal data provided to us is not forwarded to other recipients. Please note that our website may contain links to other websites whose privacy policies may differ from our own. Our website also contains links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles, which may allow the sharing of personal data. We recommend that individuals familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of those websites before using them.

Despite various measures we take to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal data, there is a possibility that some personal data we collect may be inadvertently disclosed, contrary to the provisions of this privacy policy. We disclaim liability for any damage caused to users or third parties by the accidental disclosure of personal data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are data used as anonymous individual identifiers sent by the Institution’s website to the user’s browser. When accessing our website, we send cookies that are stored on the user’s device to record information about previous visits. Cookies do not collect personal data, but allow for more efficient use of information and settings that the user previously showed interest in during earlier visits to the website.

Cookies can be disabled to prevent the collection of information about visits to the website. Cookie settings can be configured in the settings of the internet browser.
