We’re excited to share that the Fight the Fright 2.0 Guidebook is ready – a practical resource designed to help educators support young adults in overcoming the fear of public speaking in a foreign language.

 

The guidebook brings together:
✨ Proven activities and new scenarios based on real-life situations
✨ Drama-based techniques for building confidence and communication skills
✨ Practical tools that can be directly used in workshops and training

Developed within the project, the guidebook aims to strengthen key competences such as communication, self-confidence, and employability among young adults.
