Intensive EU Project Design: From Ideas to Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 Projects

Do you have an idea for an international cooperation project but need support in turning it into a well-structured, impactful proposal?
Adult Education Institution Dante invites education professionals and representatives of educational organisations to take part in Intensive EU Project Design, a three-day programme dedicated to developing project design skills with a particular focus on Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1) Learning Mobility of Individuals and Key Action 2 (KA2) Partnerships for Cooperation, including Cooperation Partnerships and Small-scale Partnerships.
The programme will guide participants through the essential stages of EU project development, from identifying needs and defining objectives to planning activities, designing coherent project structures and ensuring meaningful outcomes. Special attention will be given to understanding the differences between KA1 mobility projects and KA2 cooperation partnerships, as well as aligning project ideas with programme priorities and organisational needs.
Through practical activities, collaborative work and the exchange of experience, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their project planning skills, explore effective approaches to proposal development and gain a clearer understanding of what makes an Erasmus+ project relevant, coherent and impactful.
The programme will focus on:
- Identifying needs and translating them into clear project objectives
- Understanding Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 opportunities and requirements
- Developing project concepts, activities and expected learning outcomes
- Aligning project proposals with Erasmus+ priorities
- Strengthening project coherence, impact and sustainability
- Learning through practical examples, collaborative exercises and peer exchange
The programme is designed for adult education professionals, project coordinators, trainers and representatives of organisations interested in developing or improving their Erasmus+ project proposals.
