Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of 11 adult learners from Podkarpackie Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli from Rzeszów, Poland, for a tailor-made 10-day training course focused on developing practical and strategic skills in Erasmus+ project work.
Learning Outcomes
- During the course, participants:
- Gained a deeper understanding of the Erasmus+ programme structure, priorities, and opportunities
- Designed, planned, and managed Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects effectively.
- Developed strategic partnerships with European institutions.
- Aligned project ideas with EU educational and social priorities.
- Built sustainable and high-impact project frameworks.
- Explored opportunities to apply for and manage complementary EU funds such as ESF+ and CERV.
Programme Highlights
The training combined interactive workshops, group work, and study visits with expert-led sessions on Erasmus+ practices. Participants designed mock project proposals, analysed case studies, and engaged in simulations and role plays that strengthened their project coordination and collaboration skills.
Daily reflection sessions and guided discussions helped participants connect their learning to their institutional contexts, supporting long-term professional growth and innovation in education.
This course was exclusively tailored for our partners from Rzeszów, Poland, creating a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange and international cooperation.
