Dante recently hosted a group of adult learners from Territoire Actif from Toulouse, France, for a five-day programme titled Social Skills & European Eco-Citizenship for People in an Integration Programme.
Territoire Actif, established in 2017, is an association that promotes socio-professional integration and social cohesion in the Muret area. Through various community services and inclusive employment opportunities, the association supports people in reintegrating into professional life while contributing to the local community.
This tailor-made course supported participants in developing essential social, emotional, and communication skills, while fostering eco-citizenship and a stronger connection to European values.

Engaged with Rijeka’s natural and cultural heritage as part of experiential learning. The programme used learner-centred and non-formal education methods, including group dynamics, creative expression, mindfulness practices, and outdoor learning. Participants reflected on personal and social growth while exploring environmental responsibility and sustainable citizenship.
