BEST BONDS project aims to strengthen skills of teachers in adult education and develop innovative teaching methods so as to create a more effective, inclusive, fun, stimulating and pleasant learning environment.

GOALS

• to improve skills of teachers in adult education, as well as their tools and competencies for working with diverse groups of learners with different education backgrounds, experiences and characteristics
• to strengthen transferable skills of teachers in adult education
• to create unique teaching methods to be acquired by teachers in adult education as they exchange best practices with partners from other European countries
• to help teachers create a more effective, inclusive, fun, stimulating and pleasant learning environment for all learners, thus reducing the possibility of social exclusion, disrespect, or discrimination.

• Online learning space for all future education needs both for teachers and learners
• Collection of guidelines that are intellectually and methodologically aligned with teachers’ and learners’ needs
• Toolkit for all lesson plans
• Partner network for exchanging best practices
