The project aims to help adults to successfully integrate in the ever-developing labour market through guidance and information on employment and training possibilities, as well as offering career support to individuals.
The goal of the project is to equip career guidance counsellors and learners with modern tools for the development of career management skills, while also using certain features of modern ICTs.
The main goals of this project are:
- To identify and develop approaches to learning and teaching, methods and resources that effectively support the development of career management skills as key transferable competencies
- To develop quality assessment processes of learning about career management skills
- To identify and develop ways of inclusion of the European dimension in learning and teaching about CMS
- To equip professional guidance counsellors with tools for the implementation of CMS by means of new technologies, and to provide them with specialised training for active participation in and support to adults in their professional guidance process, while using an interactive digital platform to expand and advance professional guidance so as to make it more effective and useful.
