FLOW

FLOW project deals with financial literacy of women who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). The project’s primary goal is to create and develop new education materials and resources aimed at engaging NEET women and supporting them in the acquisition of skills and competencies necessary for reintegration in education, active citizenship or employment.

Partners will focus on building trust that may have been undermined by previous negative experiences, as well as solving motivation issues that impede reintegration. Once NEET women are engaged through game-based learning challenges, the focus will shift on the development of key market-oriented competencies. For adult education professionals who will be in charge of these tasks, partners suggest a training programme be organised that will help them use the new resources and develop key skills for overcoming future challenges.
