About the project

INNPACT!. is a European project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA210 – Adult Education), aiming to foster collaborative transformation processes through innovative and participatory actions.

INNPACT!, provides practical high-quality training for adults, empowering them as active change agents within their communities by addressing local challenges through collaborative innovation, civic participation, and experiential learning. The project places a special emphasis on social inclusion, community cohesion, and the empowerment of diverse groups, including youth, local associations, adult educators, and individuals at risk of social exclusion.

Main Activities

  • Living Labs and participatory workshops to develop practical solutions for community challenges.
  • Mapping and engaging key stakeholders to ensure that actions address real needs.
  • Systematisation of best practices developed collaboratively by participants.

As the main outcome, an open-access digital Toolbox will be created, containing practical guides, methodologies, and replicable resources, available in multiple languages and published under a Creative Commons (CC BY-SA) licence, ensuring sustainability and the possibility of reuse in other European contexts.

The INNPACT! consortium brings together four organisations from Catalonia, Croatia and Ireland:
– Fundació Privada Joan Bosch, ERAM University School (Salt, Spain), project coordinator.
– Fundació Girona Regió del Coneixement (Girona, Spain).
– Ustanova za obrazovanje odraslih Dante (Croatia).
– Irish Seaweed Consultancy (Connemara, Galway, Ireland).

Duration and Dissemination:

The project will run for 18 months, from 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2027. It will conclude with dissemination events to share results and foster future collaborations among the partners and the participating communities.

Current Phase of the Project

The INNPACT! project is currently in its initial phase, focusing on mapping key actors at both local and international levels. Relevant entities, networks, and initiatives in the educational, social, and community sectors are being identified and documented, with the aim of gathering best practices, methodologies, and experiences that can be adapted to the project’s context and serve as a foundation for the development of future participatory actions and the digital Toolbox.
