About the project
TechnoWell is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education that addresses one of the key challenges of modern working life: technostress and digital overload. As digital tools increasingly shape how we work, communicate and learn, many adults struggle to maintain well-being, balance and productivity in digitally intensive environments.
The project supports a human-centred digital transition by equipping adult educators, managers and employees with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to recognise, prevent and manage technostress. TechnoWell brings together partners from Germany, Croatia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Ireland to develop practical, accessible and evidence-based learning solutions for adult learning and workplace contexts.
Main Results
TechnoWell Training for Adults as Digital Leaders
The project will develop a structured 30-hour training programme for adult educators, managers and organisational leaders. The programme focuses on digital leadership, responsible technology use and well-being-oriented organisational culture, enabling participants to lead digital change while safeguarding mental health and work-life balance.
Interactive Digital Micro-learning Resources
TechnoWell will produce 20 self-paced micro-learning resources designed for employees and adult learners. These short, practical learning units help individuals recognise signs of technostress, reflect on their digital habits and apply concrete coping strategies in everyday work situations.
Practical Guidelines for Managing Technostress
Clear and user-friendly guidelines will support organisations and adult education providers in implementing the TechnoWell approach. The guidelines translate research and training content into practical recommendations for healthier digital work environments.
Strengthened Capacity for Well-being-oriented Adult Education
By combining training, digital resources and transnational cooperation, TechnoWell strengthens the capacity of adult education providers and organisations to address digital well-being in a sustainable way. The project contributes to more resilient individuals, healthier workplaces and more inclusive adult learning systems.
