TESYA / Back to Your Future is a TESYA Group initiative, created as part of the company’s commitment to giving back to the community and supporting young people in vulnerable situations to build a more confident future.

From January to June 2025, DANTE supported the pilot implementation of the programme in Croatia, in cooperation with Technoxgroup. The first step was a face-to-face training for Technoxgroup employees, who joined the programme as volunteer mentors. The training was delivered through five workshops (20 hours) and focused on mentoring and coaching approaches, communication skills, and supporting young people in NEET situations.

After the training, young participants from Zagreb took part in individual 1:1 mentoring sessions, where they worked on personal goals, explored education and employment options, and developed realistic next-step plans. They also had the opportunity to take part in job shadowing, gaining insight into a real workplace and learning more about roles and skills relevant to today’s labour market.

The programme concluded with a hackathon, a one-day team event where young people and mentors collaborated on practical challenges and developed socially impactful ideas, including initiatives related to intergenerational cooperation and sustainability.

The pilot involved 6 volunteer mentors and 6 young participants, with very positive feedback highlighting the supportive atmosphere, mentors’ openness, and increased confidence among young people when planning their future steps.
