Intercultural learning and cultural diversity

Course summary

This course is designed for teachers (across all educational levels, including special needs), teacher trainers, career coaches, and heads of educational institutions. It focuses on developing intercultural competence to help participants adapt their teaching methods to the needs of diverse learners.

Participants will explore different cultural identities, gain a deeper understanding of their own cultural background, and learn strategies for inclusive and culturally responsive teaching. The course encourages reflection, open dialogue, and practical application of intercultural approaches in the classroom.
